The flagship home of da Matteo, Sweden's most celebrated craft coffee company, roasting in a 35 kg Loring Smart Roast on the premises. Founded by Matts Johansson, widely credited as Sweden's godfather of craft coffee, this space combines roastery, bakery and cafe under one vaulted roof in a converted riding hall. They won Nordics Best Roaster in 2025 and all their sourcing falls squarely in specialty-grade territory.
