Gaslight Coffee Roasters

One of Logan Square's most beloved institutions, Gaslight roasts its own beans and pairs them with a full seasonal kitchen serving brunch dishes through mid-afternoon Thursday to Sunday. The exposed brick, wooden floorboards and whitewashed beams create an atmosphere the Infatuation calls genuinely warm and neighborhood-rooted. Duck egg benedict and house-made tartines have become local icons, making this as much a brunch destination as a specialty coffee stop.
