This second GaBee location in Songshan's Minsheng residential grid serves the same creatively driven espresso program as the original, with Van Lin's award-winning latte art techniques and locally inflected drink recipes drawing a loyal following. The cafe blends serious coffee craft with inventive ingredient pairing, using seasonal Taiwanese produce in milk-based signatures.
