Foundation Coffee House

Founded in 2015, Foundation has grown into one of Manchester's most respected specialty coffee groups, roasting its own beans and operating multiple sites across the city centre including Northern Quarter, Whitworth Street, Meadowside and a newer Bloc location on Marble Street. The Lever Street flagship occupies a sprawling brick building with booths, communal tables and intimate corners designed for working or lingering. Expect bold espresso-forward coffee alongside an ambitious food and brunch menu made largely in-house.
