Berlin's leading ethical roastery, operating since 2014 as a direct-trade collective in Wedding, with its Hochstraße 34 café serving as roastery, tasting room, and workshop space near Humboldthain. The selection comprises only coffees scoring 84 points or above, sourced directly from cooperatives in Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Sumatra, and Ecuador. Barista and roasting workshops run regularly, making it a genuine education hub as well as a serious specialty destination.
