The original Northern Quarter outpost of this Australian-inspired all-day cafe has been a benchmark for specialty coffee and brunch in Manchester since 2014. Federal sources rotating specialty roasters and treats the coffee program with the same rigour applied to its much-loved brunch menu of smashed avo, corn fritters and seasonal specials. Walk-in only across all their Manchester locations, including Deansgate and Oxford Road, which adds to the neighbourhood feeling of each site.
