Opened in 2018 by Luca Palazzi and Gaia Aurora Olmedo on Via Antonio Raimondi in Pigneto, Fax Factory doubles as a specialty coffee bar and gallery for Roman painters and photographers, with new artwork cycling through the walls every few weeks. The bean list draws on micro-roasters including Oven Heaven from Bordeaux, Peacocks from Brianza and Lithuanian roaster Taste Map, keeping prices deliberately below the city average. Locals linger for hours reading and nursing a filter pour.
