Founded in 2018 by Mihai and Gabriela Morar, Emozia Coffee Manifesto takes an intentional approach to hospitality: turquoise interiors and natural wood create a calm, screen-free environment designed to encourage genuine conversation. Coffee is sourced from Sumo Coffee Roasters, the Dublin-based roastery of world champion coffee taster Daniel Horbat. Located steps from Piata Unirii in Old Town, it is among the most recommended stops in the historic centre.
