The Scandinavian-named café on Calle de Juana Doña in Arganzuela was built explicitly to democratize specialty coffee, with owners who wanted a welcoming space free from intimidation. European Coffee Trip has shared the café, and the brunch menu features avocado toasts, chia pudding, and cinnamon rolls baked daily. Beans come from D-Origen, an Alicante-based specialty roaster.
