The flagship retail outlet of one of Thailand's most internationally recognised coffee brands, sourced from the Akha community village of Doi Chaang in Chiang Rai province. All coffee is certified organic and fair trade, and the menu is built entirely around the estate's own lots at varying roast levels. The cafe format is more relaxed than a specialty bar but the sourcing story is genuinely compelling. It is one of the most straightforward places in Chiang Mai to taste the range of what northern Thai terroir can produce.
