Corde's second and larger site opened in early 2023 and houses both the roastery and a full bakery alongside the cafe counter. Watching the roaster spin while drinking a flat white made from beans it produced is a genuinely satisfying loop. The pastry offer is serious - croissants, kouign-amann, and changing seasonal tarts - making it a strong all-day destination.
