A pioneer of specialty coffee in Argentina, Coffee Town set up inside the Mercado de San Telmo at Bolivar 976 and introduced a generation of Portenios to single-origin filter coffee sourced from South America and Africa. The original market stall format kept the focus entirely on the cup, and the stand remains best suited to a thoughtful takeaway rather than a lingering sit. Their roasting operation supplies several of the city''s better cafes.
