Founded by Isabela Raposeiras, Brazil's first National Barista Champion, Coffee Lab at Rua Fradique Coutinho 1340 is part roastery lab, part barista school, part cafe. Staff in mechanics' jumpsuits guide guests through Brazilian single-origins using V60, AeroPress, and chemex. The tasting menu format is unique in the country and the in-house roasting operation supplies the cafe with weekly-fresh lots.
