Coffee Alchemy at 2-87 Sydenham Road is one of Sydney's most enduring specialty institutions, roasting single-origin, organic and fair-trade beans with equal care on inner-west premises since the early 2010s. Their rigorous sourcing and precise brew standards spawned an entire ecosystem, including Gumption in the CBD and a generation of baristas who went on to open their own venues. Passionate and principled, without a trace of pretension.
