Paul Geshos founded Mecca in 2005 as a direct-trade pioneer, and the Alexandria roastery-cafe at 26 Bourke Road is the beating heart of that legacy, housed in a Cameron Krone-designed industrial warehouse. The Producer Series lineup rotates seasonally alongside the House Blend, and public cupping sessions run every Saturday at 10am. A kitchen garden out back supplies the seasonal brunch menu by chef Brett Barbuto.
