Campos at 193 Missenden Road was one of the first cafes in Australia to build its identity entirely around direct-trade specialty coffee, and this original hole-in-the-wall is easily found by the brand's trademark green facade just off King Street. A cupping room on site hosts public sessions exploring the nuances of origins and processing methods. The espresso that launched a national roastery brand, still pulled here with the same care as day one.
