Brazilian-born founder Carlos Bitencourt launched Cafezal in 2018 as Milan's first specialty roastery in the fashion district, and the 450 sqm Coffee Hub at Viale Premuda 14 is its flagship: roastery, café, academy, and coworking under one high-ceilinged roof. All beans are sourced directly from producer countries and roasted on site, with cold brew cans available seasonally. Five locations across the city make it the most accessible specialty network in Milan.
