Founded in Fukushima Ward in 2003, Cafe Bahnhof built its reputation on about twenty rotating single-origin hand-drip coffees including Blue Mountain, Hawaiian Kona, and Geisha varietals, all roasted in-house with evident care. The Fukushima original was served at G20 leader hospitality events in Osaka, a distinction that brought the shop wider national attention. The original Yoshino address remains the most characterful location to experience the full depth of their roasting philosophy.
