The Thao Dien flagship at 62 Hoang The Thien opened in mid-2025 as Bosgaurus''s primary roasting facility, spanning a 20-metre plot with a solar-powered setup generating around 100 kWh daily. Natural light floods the balsa-toned architecture throughout the day, making the roasting process visible from the cafe floor in a way the original locations could not achieve. This is where Bosgaurus''s barista-champion-trained team now develops new single-origin profiles before they reach the Opera House menu.
