Founded in 2016 by roaster Nguyen Canh Hung, Bosgaurus has trained multiple Vietnam national barista champions and hosted World Barista Championship qualifiers. The Opera House flagship at 12 Nguyen Sieu preserves an Art Deco facade that mirrors the neighbouring Saigon Opera House across the street, unfolding across three dramatic floors. The menu is built around Vietnamese single-origins alongside a small selection of international lots, all roasted in-house.
