Madrid's champion-roaster café on Calle de Embajadores, Boconó won the 2023 Madrid Specialty Coffee Roaster Championship at the Naked Festival and operates a full roastery alongside its café in Lavapiés. The menu is tightly focused on showcasing their own single-origin lots across espresso and filter preparations. A genuine roastery-café in a neighborhood that rewards exploration.
