The cafe sits in the heart of the Victorian commercial district and serves Blue Bottle's full rotating single-origin filter and espresso menu in a clean, light-filled space. Worth visiting for the origin story alone -- James Freeman began roasting in a tiny shed nearby before delivering coffee by bicycle across the city.
