Open since November 2014 and still independently run by Bastien and Florent, Birdie was one of the early voices for specialty coffee in Geneva before the scene had density. The Jonction location is relaxed and food-forward, with brunch running through the weekend and a rotating cast of quality guest beans served via espresso or manual filter. Aeropress remains a house favourite.
