Bicycle Coffee was founded in 2009 and built its reputation on bike-delivered wholesale beans before opening its flagship cafe and roastery at Jack London Square in 2023. The waterfront location is the brand's full statement -- in-house roasting, cold brew, nitro, and CBD-infused drinks alongside mochi donuts in a room with easy access to the square's outdoor spaces. A portion of every sale supports World Bike Relief, keeping the company's bicycle-advocacy roots alive.
