Bario Cafes Especiais

Bario opened on Rua General Gois Monteiro in Botafogo in 2021 and roasts its own coffee in-house, sourcing from small certified producers across the main Brazilian growing regions. The space operates until late on weekends, giving it a different rhythm from the typical morning-only specialty cafe. Cookies and brownies baked on site have become as much of the identity as the coffee, drawing evening regulars who are not necessarily coffee obsessives.
