Opened in July 2024 near Porta Pia, Bap channels three generations of the Mauceri family's Torrefazione 68 into a format that runs from specialty breakfast through to a Japan-influenced dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays. The espresso blend draws on Brazil, Nicaragua and Colombia; single-origin lots rotate on the filter bar alongside a Slayer machine. Bap is also the first Rome address to offer potato milk as a plant-based cappuccino option.
