Anticonquista opened its Pilsen brick-and-mortar in early 2025 after five years of pop-ups, bringing cultivo-to-cup coffee sourced directly from the founder's family farm on the Guatemala and Honduras border. The cafe features a giant quetzal mural by local artist Czr Prz, houses the bilingual book club Cafe ConTextos, and offers free green coffee sorting workshops. Breads and bagels from Dorothy's Bakery paired with house-made Salvadoran-style curtido make this one of Pilsen's most original food and coffee destinations.
