The roastery that helped put Manchester on the specialty coffee map, operating out of the Grade II listed Royal Mills building since 2013. Founder Jamie Boland roasts single-origin beans from farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia and beyond, with the aroma of fresh roasting often drifting through the cafe floor. Every coffee is traceable to a named sustainable farm, and the full range of filter methods sits alongside serious espresso on a bar that feels both historic and alive.
