The culture here leans technical but warm. Locals expect precision: dialled-in V60s, well-sourced single origins, and baristas who can explain terroir. At the same time, Ljubljana cafes rarely feel intimidating - dogs curl under tables, students open laptops, and riverside terraces fill early on sunny mornings.
