Wogan has been roasting on the same St Judes site since 1970, now run by the third generation of the family with a resident Q Grader shaping the buying. The brew bar is set within the working roastery where the 1968 Probat is on full display, making it one of the most atmospheric coffee spaces in Britain. Visitors can watch roasting in action, buy beans across the counter, and drink well-made espresso and filter from the house programme.
