Estonian baker Robert Marrandi opened Wild Buns at Via di Camaldoli 1C in September 2022, filling a gap in Oltrarno for Nordic-style laminated pastries. Cardamom buns, rye bread, and seasonal flavours draw a queue most mornings. Specialty espresso and oat-milk drinks are sourced from Caffèlab, a traceable single-origin roaster, keeping the coffee as considered as the baking.
