Ultimo brought Counter Culture Coffee to South Philly in 2009, pioneering the city's specialty movement before launching their own roastery in 2016. The Catharine Street location in Graduate Hospital sits directly below Counter Culture's Philadelphia training center and remains one of the most technically rigorous pour-over bars in the city. Chemex runs until 11 AM, V60 all day, with all drip coffee hand-poured.
