One of Tbilisi's newest roasteries, Tsvari opened in late 2025 with a clean minimalist interior of custom wood furniture, concrete floors and soft pink finishes. They roast in-house on a Sanremo machine and rotate through single origins including Ukrainian Mad Heads and other small-batch lots. Located near the emerging Ninoshvili Bazaar cultural complex in an up-and-coming pocket of Chugureti.
