The partnership between certified-organic roastery Torrefaktum and the weekly DIE ZEIT newspaper has produced one of Hamburg's more culturally distinctive cafe concepts, embedded inside the ZEIT building at Speersort 1 in the historic old town. Organic specialty coffee served in a journalistic editorial setting, with the house roast programme anchoring a calm and laptop-tolerant daytime space.
