Founded by three men each named Mark, this Eixample roaster and cafe on Carrer d'Ausias Marc has become essential Barcelona specialty. Flat whites and batch brew are standouts, and cardamom buns from the pastry case are a reliable companion. The roastery supplies several of the city's best cafes and the flagship here remains one of the most technically precise spots in town.
