Opened in June 2024 at 142 Waterbury Street, Three Legged Cat is a gratuity-free multi-roaster cafe in East Williamsburg featuring DAK, Loveless, Obscure, and Onyx Coffee Lab in rotation alongside Native Bread pastries. Sprudge named it in their 2025 North Brooklyn coffee guide as one of the borough's standout new arrivals.
