Thomson's 1841 Hyndland opened in late 2025 as an all-day cafe bar concept on Hyndland Road, transitioning from specialty coffee in the morning into wine, beer and cocktails through the evening. Kitty's Donuts, Mapleleaf bakery and house sourdough toasties round out the food offer. A rare Glasgow space that pulls off the cafe-to-bar pivot with genuine care for the coffee side of the equation.
