A working roastery and cafe housed in a plant-filled historical building in Marvila, The Royal Rawness roasts its own single-origin and blended coffees on-site from origins including Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, and Honduras, served on La Marzocco and Eversys equipment. The sprawling space suits long mornings, with brunch plates alongside espresso, filter, nitro, and cold brew. It is one of the few Lisbon roasteries in a genuinely industrial riverside neighbourhood still finding its footing.
