Co-founded by Vedran Sormaz of Süssmund and barista Adam Kovacs, Pelican Coffee at Pelikangasse 4 in District 9 focuses on direct-trade beans roasted by Süssmund alongside guest roasters. The shop also sells whole beans and brewing equipment to take home. A small, purposeful cafe valued by specialty regulars in the university quarter.
