Founded in 2008 by two-time Mexican barista champion Arturo Garcia alongside Pedro Gomez and Gilberto Perez, Taller de Espresso was built from the start as a purist specialty coffee bar that also roasts its own beans. The menu runs ten single-origin varieties plus blends, with an Oaxaca red honey process as a perennial favourite. Equipment includes a La Marzocco Strada, making the espresso program among the most technically rigorous in the city.
