Suuapinga (Herzogstrasse)
Schwabing · Munich
Pouring beans from Suuapinga
Founded in 2021 by three Munich friends on just sixteen square metres of Herzogstrasse, Suuapinga is named after the oldest written reference to the Schwabing settlement and has since grown to six locations while keeping its craft-bakery identity at the centre. Light-roast espresso and filter coffees share the counter with cardamom knots, sourdough rolls, and miso cookies baked on site. The approach is vegan-inclusive and neighbourhood-first, rooting specialty coffee firmly in a local daily-life context.
