Set in the basement of the City Museum of Ljubljana, Stow is the cafe that kickstarted Slovenia's specialty coffee education and event culture when it opened in 2016. The roastery is based in Kamnik and rotates seasonal single-origin and blend offerings across espresso, filter, and cold brew. Stow Academy has trained hundreds of baristas and home brewers and hosts the annual Ljubljana Coffee Festival.
