B Corp certified and SCA-accredited, Stooker occupies a beautiful square on Kastanjeplein in Oost, combining a working roastery, coffee bar, and professional training academy under one roof. Every coffee on the menu scores at least 84 points and is sourced seasonally from Colombia, Peru, and Ethiopia with full traceability. Co-founders Florian Hessel and Onno van Zanten have built one of Amsterdam's most rigorous quality programmes since opening in 2015.
