Spitfire's original High Street outpost in the Merchant City is famous for its in-house cold brew on tap, excellent house-roasted espresso and an all-day food menu anchored by exceptional bagels. The casual, laid-back atmosphere extends to craft beer and wine alongside coffee, making it one of Glasgow's most versatile independent cafe destinations. The cafe launched its own roastery in 2024, completing the bean-to-cup loop.
