Born from the August 2025 exit of Moscow's Chernyi Cooperative from Georgia, Slow now operates two Tbilisi locations - the Aghmashenebeli branch occupying the historic ground floor of the 1903 Chavchanidze House. A hybrid coffee-and-wine concept, it pours house-roasted beans alongside Shavi during the day before pivoting to natural Georgian winemakers by night. The pedestrianised avenue terrace is one of the city's best people-watching perches.
