Siphon is a full-service Montrose cafe that takes its name from the vacuum-siphon brewing technique it spotlights alongside conventional espresso and pour-over. The scratch kitchen turns out empanadas, breakfast tacos, and paninis, while eight Texas craft beers and eight wines on tap extend the hours naturally into the evening. The relaxed, industrial-warm interior on West Alabama has made this a neighborhood staple since opening.
