Founded in 2014 by barista-turned-roaster Camilo Vasquez in the heart of Barrio Italia, Singular roasts coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Panama purchased green and cupped for quality. The street-level walk-up bar design is intentionally open to the pavement, turning the espresso pull into a public performance. Multiple Santiago locations including Lastarria and Vitacura carry the same sourcing philosophy.
