At just 9.5 square meters, Shed is one of Thessaloniki's smallest and most distinctive cafes: a Japandi-designed micro-bar that fuses Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy with Scandinavian hygge. Athens roaster KUDU supplies the beans, served as single-origin espresso, cold brew, or a signature Japanese-style pour-over served over ice. Co-founder Tsalikidis Georgios is a lecturer and coffee instructor at Thessaloniki Bar Academy, and the quality shows in every cup.
