Schot operates a small-batch roastery and cafe inside the 1929 Diepeveen building in Delfshaven, sharing space with a bookshop, gallery, and wood workshop. Two rotating espresso blends and a selection of hand brews are served daily, covering most of the roaster's current stock. The off-the-beaten-track location in Rotterdam West is worth the detour for serious filter drinkers.
