Sawo Coffee and Roastery

Sawo anchors the specialty end of Bandung's heritage Braga strip with a striking glass-facade building and a dry-gravel garden courtyard. The roastery roasts its own beans and the signature Es Kopi Sawo - a milk coffee layered with local sweetness - has become one of the street's most photographed orders. Open until midnight, it draws an evening crowd well after other specialty spots have closed.
